In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the olk88 website accessible at https://olk88.lat, including all pages, sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and associated services made available by olk88.
• "olk88", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the olk88 platform and all entities acting on its behalf.

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the olk88 Platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and preference data.

To be eligible to open and maintain an olk88 Account and to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

If at any time olk88 reasonably suspects that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification, and any funds deposited during the period of suspected under-age use may be withheld pending investigation.
2. Jurisdiction. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using olk88 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. olk88 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia.
3. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are subject to any legal guardianship, trustee arrangement, or court order restricting your contractual capacity, you may not register an Account.
4. No Active Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that prevents you from gambling. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Personal Funds. You must only deposit and play with funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. You must not use the Platform to process funds on behalf of any third party.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one active Account on the olk88 Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where olk88 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be suspended, and Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. olk88 is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.

3.3 Account Verification. olk88 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal or granting access to certain features. Verification documents may include a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your olk88 Account at any time by contacting olk88 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC checks. Bonus Funds and unclaimed promotions will be forfeited upon Account closure.

3.5 Account Closure by olk88. olk88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where olk88 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud, collusion, abuse of promotions, or any activity that olk88 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your olk88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, disclose them on any website or forum, or permit any third party to access your Account.

4.2 olk88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be configured via your Account settings panel using either Google Authenticator or SMS OTP to a verified Indonesian mobile number.

4.3 You must notify olk88 support immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised login has occurred, or that any suspicious activity has taken place on your Account. olk88 will take prompt action to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.

4.4 olk88 is not liable for any losses suffered by you as a result of your failure to safeguard your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access obtained through a device left logged in by you, credentials shared voluntarily or inadvertently, or failure to enable available security features.

5.1 Accepted Methods. olk88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. olk88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Currency. All deposits are accepted and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. olk88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received by olk88 in a currency other than IDR will be converted to IDR at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate and any associated conversion loss will be borne by the Player.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account. Minimum deposit amounts for specific promotions may differ and will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.4 Deposit Timing. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to the olk88 Account within 1–5 minutes of olk88 receiving the funds. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. olk88 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If olk88 identifies a deposit originating from a payment account not registered in the Player's name, the deposit will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of real-money Balance (i.e., deposited funds and settled winnings). Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and the removal of any winnings derived from that bonus.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. olk88 may require verification before processing a withdrawal to a new or different payment account.

7.1 Promotional Terms. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement of at least 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. 7.4 Bonus Abuse. olk88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hedging"), claiming multiple bonuses using related accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, olk88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, remove associated winnings, and close the Account.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements that are not satisfied within the time period stated on the promotion page will automatically expire. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account Balance without further notice.

7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold a maximum of one active welcome or deposit match bonus at a time. Promotional free spins and reload bonuses may be available concurrently where explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the olk88 Platform are subject to acceptance by olk88. olk88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a Player has demonstrated a pattern of placing bets that exploit pricing errors or where market conditions make acceptance inappropriate.

8.2 Pricing Errors. Where a bet is accepted at an odds price that was published in error (a "palpable error"), olk88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. olk88 will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly. Players who knowingly exploit palpable pricing errors will be subject to account review.

8.3 Bet Settlement. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the olk88 Sports Betting Rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the Platform. In cases of ambiguity, the olk88 Trading team's interpretation of the applicable rules will be final and binding.

8.4 Void Bets. olk88 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the defined settlement window, force majeure events, insufficient player participation, or the subsequent discovery of event manipulation or match-fixing. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Player's Account Balance.

8.5 Casino Games. All casino games on the olk88 Platform, including live dealer games and slots, are governed by their respective game rules as provided by the game studios. olk88 presents these games in accordance with studio licensing agreements; game outcome and RTP are determined entirely by the certified game engine.

8.6 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a documented system or game malfunction, olk88 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the Player's stake. The display of an incorrect Balance or potential winning amount due to a malfunction does not constitute a valid claim for payment of that amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olk88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all bets and winnings, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation. Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other account process; impersonating another individual; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instrument to deposit funds.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit olk88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11.5 olk88 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet service provider outages, DDoS attacks, or third-party payment processor failures.

12.1 All content on the olk88 Platform, including but not limited to the olk88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the property of olk88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use the olk88 brand or trademarks without express written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

12.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to olk88 regarding the Platform may be used by olk88 at its sole discretion without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation to you.
